Produced by a micro-cooperative in the Basque-speaking Rioja Alavesa, this is a fresh, fruity, full-bodied Tempranillo that undergoes carbonic maceration that keeps it vibrant. Meant to be enjoyed young and, if preferred, chilled. Pair with grilled meat and hard cheese.
