Stag's Leap Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon

Full-bodied with lush fruit of dark cherry, cassis, and subtle oak with velvety tannins. Certainly enjoyable now but can easily be cellared for another 10 to 20 years. Pair with tri-tip, mushroom risotto, and braised short ribs.
